  Disappearing Ch 1 audio

  Just upgraded to the latest PP. Now although I can edit clips that have ch 1 audio and have it play just fine; when I save it and reopen the project, all the clips that used ch 1 audio are now ch 2 (which is empty). Never had this problem before. Any ideas (other than never closing a project)? Thanks
