I have been tolerating a feature for a while now that has been slowly maddening me.

I don’t want to have to commit myself to a mental ward, so I was hoping someone here knew how to disable the feature I have described to the best of my ability in the title.

If I am dragging a window of a photo I am working on to somewhere else on the screen – and it moves slightly over another open photo on its path…it suddenly becomes a tab in the other photo’s window.

I then have to right click it, move to new window, fix the window resizing it has done that I didn’t want, and then continue on my way.

I understand that some people with finer manual dexterity than me might want this feature…but I don’t.

    Can it be disabled?
