  Digitising and then archiving video onto LTO and central server

  Hi

  Could somebody walk me through the process of capturing video (beta cam, dig cam) and then archiving it onto LTO tapes and a central server for editing access?

  Would i capture it into AVID then export it and archive those files or is there another way?
