I need to create some graphics similar to those at 0.10 seconds in this video –

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MXwcCesclk

Can anyone tell me how these wold have been created? Has trapcode form or particular been used or have they just been individually animated as seperate graphics. The lines also on the floor.

    Thanks

If it looks good, look at it.

    Ben

The graphics that come at 00:10 are HUD Animation. None of the Trapcode plugin is required. You can animate the manually.

Search for HUD animation tutorial on YouTube and AEtuts, there are many.

The lines on floor seems to be made from Beam Effect(Effects>Generate>Beam).

[Vishesh Arora] “The lines on floor seems to be made from Beam Effect(Effects>Generate>Beam).”

I think they’re Plexus (see the animation at 0:30).

For static lines, Beam would work, but you could also use shape layers or Grid.

Great thanks guys appreciated. So the HUD animation (digital squares graphics) has just been made individually by masking and tweening shapes movement and put in the 3d space?

If it looks good, look at it.

Absolutely right Ben. You can also create the HUD elements in Illustrator(vector graphics will always be beneficial) or Photoshop.

Wow. The effects in that video are really poorly composited and rendered. Im shocked. Hope you do better.
