ProRes444 is a great codec and I want to use it with the Digital Juice Juicer program. For some reason when I try to use it it makes a blank QT file. Anyone use the Juicer for ProRes444? I know I can use compressor for this and that is what I did do, But it sure would be nice to preview and convert in one place.

I presume you have FCS3 because that codec wouldn’t be on your system for Compressor to use so if it working there then it points to Juicer. were you using a standard frame size like 1920 x 1080 or is this 2K or higher frame sizes or non standard?

I suggest you contact Digital Juice.

FCS3 And 1920 x 1080. I contacted DJ and they suggested I reinstall the prores codecs. Not sure about that. So I wanted to see if anyone has the same problem.

What version of Jucier do you have? Is it the latest?

    Have your repaired your permissions?

The error you speak about sounds like something could be wrong in the permissions. If not, check and make sure of your render settings inside of Juicer.

Did you ever find a solution to this issue. I now have the same issue even the it had previously been working. Suddenly I only get empty QT files.
    thanks in advance!
