  Digital Cut and Insert Digital Cuts to XDCAM PDW-F70

  Using PC based Media Composer 3.0.5
  and having the Sony XDCAM PDW- F70 desk in A/V mode,
  can i make digital cut masters to the disc, just like the old days of tape?

  **I want to treat the XDCAM disc like it’s a tape while in digital cut mode. I want to make frame accurate revisions to a shot, so i won’t have to output a complete 30 minute program, again..

  I already know how to output to disc, however I just hit “record” on the deck.

  Being able to control the desk/disc in digital cut mode will be grand.

  Is it possible?
