• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Digidesign 96 I/O works with FCP 6 confirmed.

  I had asked a few months ago if anyone had gotten the Digidesign pro tools hardware audio interface/bob to work with final cut, Since it is pretty close to the same hardware the Avid audio interface/bob is composed of.

  It seemed as though it was not possible, but today I succeeded.

  All you have to do is launch fcp6, and change the VIEW, audio playback (uncheck “follow video”) and change to the “Digidesign HW (HD)”

  Works like a champ. 🙂

  I don’t know if that will work on earlier versions of final cut.
