  Digibeta capture preset to use into FCP?

  Got a problem and need help,

  I’ve a Digibeta deck with a firewire out and need to capture the footage into FCP.
  I’m using:
  Powerbook G4
  Lacie PCI card with 2 FW 800 ports and 1 FW400
  Sony J-30SDI

  my question is what codec and capture preset should I use in FCP?
  The footage was shot in 16:9 PAL on a digibeta camera- unkonwn if it was in anamorphic mode but the cameraman is a pro and says he always shoots just in 16:9

  So:
  1. What capture codecs do I use
  2. What sequence codec should I use (probably the same?)

  anyhelp would be great!!
