  Digi Beta with Closed Captions to DVD

  I have a digi beta that i need to convert to DVD with Closed Caption. i saw a post on the cow recommending> https://www.cpcweb.com/demo/MacCap_demo.htm

  will this software solution work for me? Is this the best solution? (cost, ease of use, etc.) please advise, thanks!
