I have this animation that has some tiny parallel lines that are almost (but not quite) vertical, and they are moving.

LOL, I’ve tried almost everything I know to get ’em to stop interlace dancing.
Vertical blur does what it does fine, but these things are like at a one degree tilt, so when they move
    they “parade’.

I tried adding a gaussian blur to an adjustment layer , (masked to only effect the really noticable edges)
and it helped quite a bit, but none the less… oh how they dance, and even on an NTSC monitor they are right on the verge of looking out of focus.

    Suggesions?

    Thanks
