    Hi im new here :),

    I have this 3d modelling/animation assignment thats in for tomorrow(shocker for a student right 😉 )
and basically my animation is a car driving around the street, and i will have several cameras capturing while it is moving.

once i render it in maya, i want to import the files into premier pro and have the different camera angles in one frame but have them playing at the same time. please explain in detail if you can, i know how to use premier pro but i am by no means an expert.. for a general idea of how i want my video to look please look
at the max payne 3 video below because thats the best example i can give. TY 🙂

What you are referring to is called Picture in Picture (PiP) or Split Screen.

Its a matter of altering the scale of a clip on top of other clips and re-positioning it. There’s surely to be some examples of it out there.

Effectively you need to stack your “angles” on top of each other and then select the clip, and adjust the properties in the effects control panel. do this for each clip. You can select the motion property name and it will give you the edges to manipulate in the Program Monitor Panel – which might feel more intuitive.

You may want to use the crop effect to reshape the frame too, that’s an effect in the effects panel you add to the clip/s and alter in the effects control panel.
