  different Import Problem.

  Hi, I couldn’t find a post about my problem so here it is:

  I’ve recently been given footage from a Panasonic Camera (wasn’t told which) that used P2 cards. I have all the footage on 2 LaCie external HD’s that are Windows formatted (i’m using a MAC) but that doesn’t seem to be a problem.

  Problem is:

  There is one folder on the HD that I cannot get FCP to import from. All of the other files Import properly but these ones will not preview or import. When I try to Import them, I get the little Error icon in the transfer section with ‘unknown error’ message.

  Can anyone give me an idea as to why this is?
