Difference between FILM CAM and VIDEO CAM?
Is there any difference in the video quality between FILM CAM and VIDEO CAM when filming in say 720/24pN?
Can you film some scenes using FILM CAM and some using VIDEO CAM in the same project, or will it not look good?
For example, film some slow motion with the FILM CAM and combine it in a scene that uses VIDEO CAM.

There is no difference in quality. Make sure if you are in Film mode shooting 24pn or 30pn that your frame rate is set to default. If not, you are either under or over-crancking your footage and there will be no audio recorded.

Thanks Steve. And if I wanted to do a typical slow motion scene, I would create a Scene File and set Operation to Film Cam and the frame rate to 48 if shooting in 24pN?

Jack, You need to spend some time with your new camera.
You want VFR to shoot slo-mo in cam. Page 31 in the manual.
