The Chicago market just starting taking HD files and they are h264 files that you can make in Compressor with DG’s specs, but I’d leave you to find out if it’s possible in the market you are serving because it’s all different.
They are also way way way more expensive to send per station per spot.

If it’s a 23.98 timeline, yes.

File > Export > Quicktime Movie Make self contained and recompress all frames UNchecked.
