Try doing it through Vidcap and see if you have better luck.

How do I load the file in the Video Capture window? ? It states there is not file loade.

In a nutshell, open Vidcap, select the Print to Tape tab and then go file > open.
For more info, open the help file in Vidcap and search for Print to Tape in the index. Make sure it’s not “Printing to Tape” as these aren’t the correct instructions. It’ll explain things clearly.

Thanks for the help, I use the manual method, and that worked good. I’ll fine tune everything else later, I just needed to get this off the computer and to the customer.
