    I have a 62 minute program that
    a) stutters from 58 minutes on when burned by Encore,
    b) stops burning when I use Nero and
    c) stops burning near the end when I export to DVD from the Premiere
Pro timeline. Pro then provides the following message:
“Device Error – Sense Code (37303 Power Calibration Area
Error – Sequential Write (DVDErr, 226051).”
    What does it all mean?

Looks like a either a DVD drive fault OR DVD media failure. At that duration your DVD laser is working towards the outside of the disc where variation in vibration or wobble of the disc is likely to have the greatest impact.

Try a different brand of DVD media first before investigating the drive itself.

Thanks for your help. I purchased media from another company and the burn was successful. Out of curiousity, I tried some media from my orginal batch and have been successful! A little confusing but at least it appears that my drive is working correctly.

    Thanks again.
