Guys I desperately need help. I am working in PAL SD format. When I use speed and dissolve together, many times the speed of clip get changed(later when i save and reopen the project). It

Try putting the sped up clip on another layer and keyframe opacity down from 100 to 0 to fade the layer in or out, rather than use the dissolves. The shot that you are dissolving in to, extend on a layer below and opacity ramp it in using the same frames as the top layer. Hey presto a nice dissolve between the shots.
