    Denoising a clip

    I am a fresh user of premiere cs3. Trying to get rid of noise in my clip I found denoise option under Effects folder but have no idea how to run it. Any suggestions?

    You could start with the manual which explains in detail how to use the grain and noise effect.

    Correction: audio effects.
    Best is to use Soundbooth or Audition.
