Dell no longer supported for Intensity Pro/Shuttle?
I was just reading the updated requirements doc(s) on Blackmagic’s support site (#047 and #204) and they both state:
“Please note: Dell workstations are not supported for use with Blackmagic Design capture cards.”
All we have is Dell (that’s all our IT will support), and we have been using an Intensity Shuttle with it (with several problems, but also some success) for months.
Is this a declaration that Blackmagic will no longer support us because we are using Dell?
Is there any specific information available around what/if anything prevents it from working correctly 100% of the time?
