  • Deleting blank space in storyline

I was exporting a project in FCPX last week, and found that I had about 22 seconds of blank space at the end of the tracks in the storyline. I wanted the project to be 30 seconds long, but I could not figure out how to delete this blank space from the storyline. I had to work around the problem, and export to Quicktime 7 and make a clipping of the project.
Does anyone know how to delete blank space from the storyline?

Can’t you just click the gap clip (blank space) and hit ‘delete’ – not the one next to home and end, but the backspace delete key?
