Deleted text is still visible after rendering
Hi, all!
This is my first ever post.
I’m using:
AE CS6 (version 11.0.0.378)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate: 64-bit
RAM: 4.00GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHzMy problem:
I created a piece of text, which I subsequently deleted.
Peculiarly, however, I’m still seeing the text in the rendered exports. The text appears almost like a watermark – i.e. it’s very faint, and constantly present. There’s no evidence of the text while working inside my project – I ONLY see it in the rendered video.
Needless to say, I’ve been through every element in the project to verify that it is indeed not there. (Is there some reason it might be hidden from my view?)
Adding to the mystery, the apparent opacity of the text in the exported video appears to be directly proportional to the number of precomps that are overlapping at any given moment in the project, i.e. the higher the number of horizontal beige-coloured bars representing the duration of a precomp that are ‘stacked’ above one another in my main work area, the more visible the text at that moment in the export. The end result would lead one to presume that the nuisance text is somehow embedded in every precomp with an opacity of 1%, so when there are 20 simultaneously layers, the opacity appears as 20% (these are just approximations based on how I perceive them).
Any suggestions please?
Thank you so much.
P.S. The onset of the problem coincided roughly with my installing various RedGiantproducts. Any possible connection? I’m yet to uninstall Trapcode to see if it fixes it.
