    Greetings all!

Wow, my first post… I’m excited about the opportunites that this cool forum will afford me and hopefully I can give back just as much.

Anyway, the poster image displayed while in the project panel’s icon view appears to be the first frame, which by default is black. I’m currently working on a project with a couple hundred clips and the poster images for all of them are black. While I’m aware that one may choose a different poster image for a clip, the idea of manually setting the poster image for the 100-plus clips in my project would take forever and wouldn’t be worth the effort. Is there some way to change the default selection of the poster image from anything other than the first frame? Or is there a way to batch modify all clips at once using the ‘manual’ method?

Thanks in advance to everyone for their time.

    Barry
