    Hello,

does anyone know if it is possible to set the default length (duration) for images that you drag into the timeline?

    thanks,

    David

    In the Preferences: Still duration.

What Rafael said. That changes the import duration. If you change it you would have to reimport the stills.

    All the best,

What they said. Also, if you have a few groups of stills that you want to have different durations, set the default, import the photos you want at that duration. Then change the duration and import stills at that duration, repeat as necessary.

if you’ve imported stills and want a default duration, can that be accomplished without re-importing?
and is there a “Ken Burns’ preprogrammed move option,.. or am I just better served doing this glorified slide show in iMovie?
