    Hello,

    In the processing tab of th decklink preferences there are 2 options that are always greyed out :
    ‘set cooling fan speed”
    “set level display”

    Do you know why ?
    Maybe those options will come in the futur ?

    those options are not available on your hardware.

    do you have a decklink card?
    thats why.

    the external interfaces like the multibridge
    do have a fan and the hdlink built in so they
    can use those options.
