Sure. Chances are your VCR is using a composite connection on its input. Just use the Y output cable from the DeckLink card and rememeber to switch the card’s output settings to composite.

You’ll need converters for your audio to bring it to the right levels. The DeckLink SP’s output will be too hot for a consumer VCR. Try something like this:
