  Decklink SDI not recognized by any software

  Installed a new Decklink SDI in a new HP i5 6200. Device manager says everything ok, but 3 capture software won’t recognize it, including BMD’s capture app. BMD says maybe card is just incompatible HP 6200. Tried changing card slots, turned off as much anti-virus as I could. Any other ideas?
