  • Decklink Pro trade for HD Extreme PCIe?

Posted by Jimmy Brunger on March 3, 2008 at 12:06 pm

I currently have a Decklink Pro (SD) at my disposal which is in a PC tower at the moment…I have 2 questions: –

    – Will this card fit into a new Mac Pro?

    – Can I trade up this card for a Decklink HD Extreme PCIe if not?

    Thanks very much.

    Hi,

No it will not fit. The DeckLink Pro is a PCI card while the new Mac Pros have PCIe (PCI Express) slots.

Unfortunately, we do not have a trade up program.
