  • Decklink Pro SPDIF digital Out to Sony 60ES DAT Recorder Problem

Hi I am wondering why my decklink Pro digital out SPDIF doesn’t work with my DAT Recorder Sony 60ES?
I heard something about a “pro bit” or “copybit” which maby is not supported by my old DAT Recorder?!?
But isn’t SPDIF a standard digital interface like AES/EBU
The SPDIF Out work great with a converter Modul like Midiman “FlyingCow” but not with my Sony DAT recorder 60 ES!
Please BMD make support for standart SPDIF without “probits” or “copybits” or create a switch in the decklink drivers where to choose “probits” or not.
SPDIF is the small brother of AES/EBU and is for consumer equipment so it should work with consumer equipment like my Sony DAT-60ES!!!
    Thanks

    Felix
