  Decklink codec does not support Intel Quad Core CPU ? !

  Hello
  This week i bought a Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600. Now the overall-performance in Premiere Pro 2.0 is smaller
  as with my old Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 . Premiere ignores 2 Cores completely. Adobe-Support told me this has to do with the used codec ( Decklink in this case) and it is not an software-related issue. Can that be possible?
