decklink 4k extreme showing unknown device error
I bought Decklink 4k Extreme a week ago. First i installed, it worked properly but today i had to format my pc. After then, new installed windows and resolve detect the hardware but showing no output.
In the device manager i can see the unknown device and whenever i removed the card from machine the error gone but in device manager, i can see my black magic card drivers in sound and game cotroller. and the black magic control panel is also working fine means i can play around with settings(processing output not working)
I installed driver thinking that it can fix the problem, but it didn’t help neither. I tried formatting for 3 times and nothing changed.
Can you tell me how to fix that issue?
i7-4770k, Intel® Desktop Board DZ87KLT-75K, Nvidia 660, 16GB ram, Decklink 4k
