  Deck Link Studio external playback problem

  Just installed Decklink Studio in my Mac Pro. Latest drivers downloaded from BMD site. Everything works great in Final Cut my primary edit software but I cannot get it to play out to an external plasma monitor in Premiere Pro CS5.

  I think I’m doing everything properly. Open a black magic project, Sony XDCAM EX preset 1080p 23.98 sequence… using black magic playback.

  Does PPrCS5 not playout to a home plasma HDMI in 29.97? I’d like to be able to view the sequence on a big screen. Since I don’t edit often in PPro I imagine there’s some setting I need to set, but I can’t find it! plays out fine in FCP.

  Running latest Mac OS 10.6.4 with latest PPro version.
