deck control from final cut pro
I followed the steps step by step in the final cut pro software manual and I still can not get deck control from final cut pro. I am running off of a mac os x version 10.4.7. My capture deck is Proline mini dv agdb 2000. I am just curious if it is my deck or the way I am trying to capture.

Try using FireWire Basic as a control if you aren’t, and try Firewire if you are.

And make SURE the deck is set to “DV in” or “iLink” or “FW”, etc.
And make sure you have the deck set to “Remote” control.
