  Deck Control died on Dlink Pro – Assistance ASAP please.

  Well,….installation and initial testing of the Dlink Pro (using latest drivers) went fine on my BOXX 8200 system. Capture/record/control…etc…etc….all fine.

  Then, the other day I grabbed a clip from a VTR. Went back 5 minutes later to get another one and I am getting a serial port error and no deck control. After several cold boots, 3 control patch cables, 3 different VTR’s…..same problem. Video pass-thru is present, but no deck control.

  Need advice on this one,…..our engineers and myself have exhausted all obvious ideas……
