Dear Friends I want to deliver files in the following format but i cant get it work they always rejecting my content as elongated
File Container = MXF OP1-A (File Wrapper) .MXF file extension (compatible with QUANTEL)
Audio Encoder = 16-bit , Stereo (L R), 48.000 kHz (AES3)
Video Encoder
Format = PAL
Width =720
Height =576
Original Height =608
Aspect ratio =4:3
Frame Rate =25
Video Bitrate =30Mbps
Codec Type = MPEG 2 Video (IMX-30 eg.30Mb I-Frame only)
Intrelacing =YesThey are not sharing any sequence settings or anything except this.
Im using FCP 7
Any one please help Me -

Look for a box in your setup controls that says “anamorphic”. Is it checked, or un-checked?

Next try exporting to Apple Compressor and applying their settings there. Re-render and test on a small sample section of several seconds to a minute’s duration.
