    Dead decklink card..

    My decklink card has finally died.. after a couple of months with random freezes on my mac. My mac can’t even discover it when it is inserted (about this mac -> graphics) Will the card be replaced ? It was bought about a year ago, but it has 2003 written on the motherboard.

    I think it’s best you log a support note with us at support[at]blackmagic-design.com. Remember to include the serial number of your card.
