  dBFS Audio Meters for Broadcast

  Are there any plugins or ways to adjust the audio meters so it shows more detailed increments? I need to adjust levels for digital broadcasts to peak at -20 dBFS, -24dBFS, -28dBFS, -10dBFS and so on.

  I’d rather just mix in Premiere CS3, but is there a way with the CS3 work flow to accurately and efficient adjust my levels while keeping me free to change up the editing in Premiere?
