Davinci Service Dilema
It became apparent to me today just how bad the void in Davinci service has become. I needed to speak to someone about getting a new serializer chip for an old 888 and called the Florida office help line. This line is no longer n service, hmmm. So then went on the web to find LA phone numbers. When no one was available to the phone, I tried dialing O for an operator. No operator available, hmmmm. I then redialed and left a message about 6 hours ago for a service engineer to call back. No call back as yet. hhmmmm. As stated in the really, really old television soda commercial when asked, “which way did he go, which way did he go?” Apparently the Davinci team has ” Gone for Faygo”!
