Davinci Resolve not delivering position + scaling from my sequence!
Hi everybody,
I’m under a huge crunch from a film festival here to get the dcp of my film out, so I’m hoping somebody can help. I’m using davinci resolve 12 lite.
my footage is 2k flat dpx files, and my sequence settings are 2k dci scope. for some clips I’ve nudged the position up and down. in the edit panel as well as the color panel, things look fine beind the scope frame. when I go to the color panel, and the deliver panel, things still look fine.
however when I’m actually rendering (as in, watching the clips chug away) the position information seems to be gone. clips I had nudged up and down now look off. I’ve looked at the individual tiff files, and the positioning is off. the aspect ratio is fine, and no squeezing or anything.
I’ve tried to deliver a dpx sequence, a tiff sequence, even a quicktime file to test it.
any help would be so appreciated! thank you, thank you.

Are you rendering in individual clip (roundtrip) mode or exporting the entire timeline as a single file?

Hi there,
I’m exporting it as a single file. hoping for an RGB TIFF sequence, but I tried an H264 piece just to see if the problem still happened. it did.

Is your output sizing on the deliver page the asme as timeline?
