Date and Time resets on a dual boot Intel MacBook Pro
I’ve got a dual core Intel MacBook Pro with both OSX and XP Pro. When I start up or reboot in either OS the time resets by several hours. I have locked the preference settings on OSX and checked the “Set using Apple.com”, but doesn’t seem to make a difference. Any one have any thoughts?

First off the lock only prevents other users from changing things not the system… you may want to try zapping your pram… and see if that works…
