    Hey All

I’m going on a shoot tomorrow, we’re shooting with Panasonic 101’s to Solid State Drives, recording natively into DNxHD 185 files. Once we’re done on the shoot I want to know what is the quickest and fastest way of backing up everything so we have three copies?

We have 2 2TB Lacie drives with Firewire 800, which can plug into a laptop. If I daisy-chain these, through a computer, to an SSD drive, is this an effective way of copying the media?

I’m assuming that to copy to the two daisy chained hard drives simultaneously would be the slower way?

    Cheers

    Jack
