Daged SDHC card
We shot several clips with an EX1 and a Hoodman Raw sdhc card and adapter. We’ve been shooting this way for a long time with no problem.
In this case it appears that the card has some damage with a scratch on one of the sdhc pins. The card shows as empty when I drop it into my mac. But I’ve run it thought Aero Quartet’s Treasured program, and it shows me still images of all of the clips. That’s great news.
Ae there other less expensive alternatives to this software that work? Are they in the US? Obviously I’m anxious to get this fotage off of the card, so I can sleep easier this weekend. I’m not sure how long it will take for Aero to get back to be. It also looks like there will be about $299 in fees.
What recovery software have you guys had luck with? Any other suggestions? Thanks

Have you tried accessing the data on a PC? Just a thought…

Hi Marek,
No I haven’t tried a PC. I really don’t have a way to do that. Currently I use the express card slot on my Mac laptop.
