    Custom Transition

    I have created a custom transition (wipe) on after effects. A transition wipe layer wipes over a blue layer to reveal alpha underneath. This is exported as a quicktime RGB + Alpha movie and imported into Premiere CS4.

    Now I need to place this wipe from one scene to another, but I will need both the scenes during the duration of the wipe. I am having trouble on which layer to place the wipe quicktime on and whether to apply the blue chroma key on video layer 1, video layer 2 or the wipe?
