Custom Text Animation
Hello Creativecow people!
I am trying to find a solution about a custom text animation that I am creating.Here is my gif as an example of what I am talking about (the second example in this gif has an echo effect applied).
https://imgur.com/a/0NBVuIRI did this example using a really bad method – by applying the layer animation to each letter individually with bunch of precomps and aligning them by hand… yeah… I had to give an example at least. This method could also work, however it is a permanent effect and if I want to put a different text for a different client, I have to do things by hand each time. I am looking for a simple automated solution, that would do this job without the hassle of applying individual letter animation with precomps, like I did in my example. I am aware of the text animator, however I cant get it to work properly the way I want to. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?

Is it the long trails that you are after? Then you can use the ECHO plug in.
