Custom Shape For Card Dance Pieces
I am trying to make the effect of a bunch of 2D (or 3D) stars coming together to form a word. I have applied the Card Dance effect to some 3d type, which is working quite nicely aside from the shape of the “Cards”. I would really like these individual “Cards” to be the shape of Stars instead of rectangular.
Is there a way to make the “cards” of the card dance effect into the shape of stars?? Any help would be much appreciated.

No, but you may find that using the Shatter effect (which can use custom shapes) to be useful here. If you’re trying to make something come together, use Shatter and reverse the result.
