Custom Installation of Studio 2
Is is possible to use the custom install process to install DVD Studio only, and keep my other programs intact, like FCP4.5?

Yes. However DVD SP will also want to install compressor and Batch monitor so if you want to keep your current apps just pull them out of the apps folder temporarily or rename them…then install DVD SP and bring them back in.
