Curved Blur/Windshield Wiper effect
Hello everybody,
I am trying to recreate a windshield wiper for a scene and need to find a way of creating some form of directional blur that goes along a curve/the path of the windshield wiper. Does anyone know how I can create that effect in Sony Vegas/After Effects?

You can try an masked, animated radial blur with a large radius
