Cursor jumping back to beginning of timeline problem

Options – Preferences – General
Enable this option: Make spacebar and F12 Play/Pause instead of Play/Stop
Select this check box if you want the F12 and spacebar keyboard shortcuts to toggle between Play and Pause mode.
In this mode, the cursor will maintain its position

Did this fix? I have similar problem, but it occurs when I click in blank area of timeline to move cursor, it jumps to the beginning of timeline. Mike’s toggle fix above did not affect. Vegas 13.
