  Current situation with Quicktime 7.3 and above?

  Hi all:

  When QT 7.3 appeared, I read lots of posts mentioning serious problems with it and footage logged from P2 cards (in fact, we experienced some of those problems ourselves), so we held off updating. Now that a few weeks have passed, I’d like to know what’s the current situation; specifically:

  -Did the problems happen only with QT files logged with external programs like P2 Log, or also with footage logged with Log & Transfer?
  -Most of the problems I’ve read about in the forum archives happened with FCP 6.02 and QT 7.3. Has anyone tried with FCP 6.0 and QT 7.3?
  -What about footage logged in a machine with QT 7.3? Can it be played back in a machine with QT 7.2?
  -When it comes to clips logged using both QT 7.2 and P2 Log/Log & Transfer, is there any solution to work with them in QT 7.3, other than using that repair tool that Imagine Products released a few weeks ago?
