    Hi,

Yesterday I was happily editing on premiere pro with my quadro 4000 detected. Today, it won’t detect? I have tried using GPUsniffer in premiere pro package contents and it doesn’t detect the card. Any suggestions?

Open the “cuda_supported_cards.txt” file in the Premiere Pro application folder, and make sure it’s listed in there. If not, just add it.

Make sure that you have the current driver for the card.

    Hi,

I just updated to 5.5.2 and still no luck. My Quadro 4000 is detected by Resolve 8.1 and the CUDA drivers in the System Preferences shows that I am up-to-date with my drivers. Any thoughts?

    Hi everyone,

I saw this at the NVIDIA site and it fixed my problem. Enter the command below in terminal:
    sudo systemsetup -setkernelbootarchitecture x86_64

Premiere now runs great without output through my Decklink card. Once I use that, playback stops at every edit point. Guess I can work without an external monitor until then.
