  CS6 Timeline using a video as a mask

  Using Photoshop CS6 and the timeline, I have 3 layers in a file

  Layer 1 – Parchment
  Layer 2 – Downloaded Video of ink splat
  Layer 3 – Illustration

  The effect I am after is having the parchment inks splat reveal the illustration underneath.

  Is this possible with Photoshops Timeline?
